MMO Football/Soccer Manager Simulation

I would like to create a Soccer/Football simulation game base on and only Massive Multiplayer Online. I would require a certain sets of skill which the bidder will need to have in order for me to accept the bid. I will need 1st phase designs for GUI and layout. I will have different phases for the game so I would prefer someone who is willing to work all the way throughout the phases. For example now I need designs at the same time bidder will need to prepare for the next phase which is the coding process, as I will evaluate the work accordingly. These phases will be the design work no coding involves. I don't want complicated design I will divided into 2 parts first the layout and the GUI. Layout * Should be close or similar to FM series. * It should be more text based and some graphical design to the game. * Required to have 2 sets of design Mobile based and web based again still in text base and graphical base design. (Will explain more) * Graphical design should be for the ground which is similar/close to Goal United or Fifa Manager where player can build training ground and stadium prefer. * There are a lot of interactions in the game so GUI has to be user friendly one. (Will explain more) * In the FM series there are a lot of press release for pre/post matches. These should have AI and Human control features. (Design) * It’s a free to play concept but there will be in game purchase or credit if player wanted to go build the team stronger in a shortest time. (design) * It should have a Facebook log in so that players can promote or add their friends to the game. The Game GUI designs * Profile Page, team name, Emblem * It should be played like the game of Top Eleven and FM series. * It should have normal player attribute as in those series as well * Buying and selling of players * Team training and individual training * Hiring and firing of staff, coaches, managers and players * Tables, fixtures and calendar for each user * Rating features for top teams, scorer, rated players, assist, saves (design) *There will be also real cash return on every season ends and every Cup tournament I will have more in the future. The game will be upgraded or updated form time to time. So I am looking for bidders who are willing to go for a long-term partnership/ contract. First I will need to see some experience in this kind of design and coding work from the past in order for me to accept the bid. Prefer Individual/Team who used to work in simulations software credit of the work done will go to the individual/Team for the design work. This project is a 1st phase level and there will be more after this is done. Milestone payment will be made as a guarantee that I am paying for this 1st phase design work but I am not releasing it until the project ends and I am satisfied in the work. For the price is what I gauge but if more is needed please explain the reason so that we can discuss on it.
