Bots For Chat Network / Social Network!

Im currently running a windows virtual private server, domain, ircx server, website and webchat. I need someone who can create, install, configure and modify a bot. I want it to look something like the ones listed in modeling another site. Please advise your recommendations. Such as size, installation, price, what it should be programmed and coded in ect.
