337511 Mortgage 1003 Needed ASAP

Please Do Not Bid unless you have Experience in building a 1003 Mortgage application that can Export to .fnm format(or Fannie Mae 3.2 format) We need a standalone mortgage 1003 that has a nice interface. programmed in either C or Java, or Whatever language you recommend. The program will allow the user to Input Short Form 1003 and it will then convert and email it to the email of their choice. Also it will save each 1003 application by the borrowers name so the user can go back and view these applications. Bidders must be familiar with this format to be successful in completing this task.
