Opengl and directx win32 console application with menu

The project brief is to create a rubik's cube game using opengl and directx input on a win32 console application using c programming. The cubes will each have an identity in a 3 dimensional array which can be moved much in the way a normal rubiks cube can be moved. I can upload my existing code as a starting point for any would be coders. The program should also have a menu system either using text on the screen or a menu on the top of the window to allow the player to select a game level. The game level will simply give the player a set amount of time to complete the game. The game should also have a camera class which it already has but it is not working at present. Some light or ambient light and any additional features would be an advantage to your bid. Also I would request that the code should be complete in the shortest possible timeframe. I am will to pay 100 Great British Pounds for this program but please feel free to bid. I suggest you start a bid at $150 and I will decide based on what you intend to do to accept you bid very quickly. A good object orientated program using classes and seperate headers and source files is required. The cube must have textures and I have included the images in with the existing source code. The images with the small rubiks cubes should be used on the centre cube of each side of the cube and have a corresponding color. If you do not know what a rubiks cube is then you can do a asearch online for information, but I assume you will know what one is. Please bid now as the first reasonable bid will be the winner. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
