PHP Script to convert content in table (HTML file) to CSV

Every two weeks I generate a web report using a particular website.

This report displays information in a table on a HTML page. I save this HTML page to my hard drive.

I would like a simple, standalone, easy-to-use script(s) (preferably PHP so I can run the script off my web server), (or if easier, desktop windows program) to do the following:

1. Take the HTML file,

2. Convert the information in the table into a CSV (tab-delimited file)

3. The CSV file should have eight fields (column headers). These column headers directly correspond to information found in the original HTML file. Please see the attached PDF file for an overview.

I understand this is a simple job, but I simply don't have time to figure out the regex's in a short amount of time. Please also allow in your pricing for very small additional assistance if one or two weeks after delivery of the code I find that it needs finetuning - eg if I run the report at a later date and find an exception your script will not handle.

There are two attachments:

ZIP file with saved HTML webpage and associated files.

PDF file with guidelines on how information from the HTML file should be presented in the final CSV.
