IE Toolbar, Search Assistant, Desktop Icons, & 404 Page Software App

**Product Description:**

Our members click on a verisign download box and have the following components installed.

1) Icons / Links on their start menu

2) Icons / Links on their Desktop

3) Icons / Links on their Status Bar

4) IE Search Assistant URL changed to our URL

5) IE Homepage changed to our URL

6) IE Toolbar with search box and links.

7) Capture error pages ( 404 , 500, etc) and parse the url very quickly and output a page similar to this:

8) All variables can be easily changed from a configuration file that is uploaded to our controlling server.

UPDATES: Software will be auto update from our controlling server on a weekly basis. ( this is already coded )

9) Write and Un Installer for the above

NOTE: We already have a working version written in C++ with a very large number of downloads. This consists of 4 other components that will need to be integrated into the project. This should be fairly easy. These I will disclose later. They will need to be integrated into the software that you create to make one master version. Currently there is an auto update feature that will allow us to easily do this.

**CONDITIONS TO BID**:

- You should study the application and to be sure that you can create a rock solid program.

- You should provide with your bid, concrete examples of your work.

- You should be willing and able to provide tech support and bug fixes after work is completed.

- You should be certain that your code will not cause the 500,000 current users to have stability problems, crashes, etc.

- We will give an extra bonus for the quality of the work.

- We will give you the opportunity to continue working with us in other projects.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
