(1) A database-enabled website that registers job candidates and saves their CV information according to the jobs that we post. We must be able to survey each candidate according to the requirements of the job (i.e. through an interactive form-like interface/ questionnaire, responses to which are recorded in the candidates' profile). The forms must be customizable for each job. As is conventional, each candidate who registers is to have a password-enabled user account.
(2) A web-based database for managing/ administrating internal business activities (an administrative Intranet). Currently we use the free Google Spreadsheets for this purpose, but we need to interconnect/ relate our data for better/ quicker navigation, access, and analysis. We also want to upload PDFs/ images into fields within the database. Both of these features are not available in Google Spreadsheets.
The intranet (2) mentioned above has additional features which are meant to improve productivity.

• We need to add some automation features on this database; e.g. SMS & Email alerts, auto-generated formula-based calculations, etc. (i.e. some macro functionality that generates subtle outputs)
