We need to hire a professional drupal designer that can design a Drupal 6 template for a civil association of those responsible for school services at schools and universities in Mexico. The content of the site will be Spanish.
Please carefully review the following requirements and give you best proposal. Please include the way you work (number of mockups, number or revisions, will you install the template or provide support for installing the template, etc). An invoice with you VAT/Tax number will be required. If you speak some Spanish will be a plus.
You are encouraged to use the following drupal modules: admin-menu, path-auto, views, CCK, wysiwyg and any stable and actively maintained module.
We can provide a Drupal 6 installation for you to work online.
Due date: I need the template before 17 August 2012
Technical requirements:
1. The template should be modern, creative, unique and impressive
2. Design of the drupal template should NOT be based on existing drupal free template.
3. The template needs to be eye catching and original.
4. There should be easy for a web administrator to add content (news, photos, etc.)
5. The template should be 960 pixels full width and 940 content width
6. Almost all pages will have a right 220 px context width sidebar
7. The header must include the logo and a search field
8. There should be a footer with Pantone 7542 background color
9. There should be an eye-catching primary animated horizontal menu, this needs to be below the header with the capacity of having several sublevels and configured thought drupal menu options
10. The logo of the association is provided in the attached image
11. The main colors must be Pantone 320 (0,160,175) and Pantone 309 (0,73,96)
12. The support colors can be (35,31,35), (16,114, 186) and Pantone 7542 (194,209,211) as shown in the attached document
13. The main background color must be white
14. Blocks will have a background color on the title header and have rounded corners
15. Should use CSS wherever possible: fonts, colors, styles, etc. (CSS and XHTML should pass validation)
16. The template must work with basic types of drupal content nodes
17. Should be compatible with IE6/7/8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome
18. Proposals that don't include some portfolios of your work to look at your previous works will not be considered.
