Drupal: Creating Cheet Sheets Inside Drupal Using Blocks / Tables

Looking for a Drupal Dev to develop a module to quickly create cheat sheets within Drupal 7 and 8 The module REQUIRES: A template that can be edited within Drupal to create blocks (design suggestion will be sent to you). These blocks will be tables where the rows have different colors Drupal already has most of the code to do this, but I need it to be a module without any modifications of Views or similar. It should work out of the box without having to create blocks, views, etc Budget is $120 + bonus for good work
