Fix Berco Express Shipping for Joomla & Ace Cart

I have a clients website that is developed on Joomla 3.2.3 and they have the Berco Express Shipping extension installed from Open Cart on Ace Cart component. Everything is setup and functioning correctly but when checking out I always get this error ( 59999 :: An unexpected error condition has been returned by the Freight systems - this could indicate an internal error or possibly an uncaught exception with the input data. Please contact the System Administrator - transaction terminated ) I'm looking for someone to fix this for me. I'm certain it will be a quick fix or maybe a setting configuration that could be wrong. Regards
