I am looking for a graphics design, web design and development resource or team to build a business portal for our company. Please see the attached document for details. We are looking for the following ??" > Extremely talented resource/team We are looking for nothing but the best. We are an US-based software and business services company. Our development model is to outsource most of our design and development work, and do project management ourselves. The selected vendor will be a preferred vendor for our future development projects. > Graphics design skills Being a static website, most of the work we need for the website are related to graphics design. We are looking for someone very creative and talented when it comes to graphics design. > Best practices and industry standards We will look at your website design portfolio. You must have experience with modern web 2.0 design, all industry standards (such as W3C) and best practices (such as SEO). I am very technical, have been a software developer myself. We can discuss in the technical language :). If you are interested, please review the attached document and let me know any questions that you may have. We will look for a cost and time estimate after you totally understand the requirements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
