Design and Develop Soccer Camp Website

I've currently been contracted to develop a website for a local church who would like to have an eye catching website created for promotion and also registration for their church Soccer camp. Looking for a creative developer to deliver a great website and registration process. The site will contain 4 static content sections, and one dynamic section that allows individuals to register for camp, with payment going to Paypal Standard. If you would like to be considered for the job, please include the following in your proposal. -Reference sites you have created (Sites that utilize paypal a plus) -A mockup of how the website would look like. (This can be in basic html or graphic) -Basic design document, specifically information on how you would implement Paypal functionality as well as database work. I currently work on various small business projects and looking for good developers to partner with on future jobs. Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for your time! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be provided by the Seller in ready-to-run condition to the Buyer ready for the environment 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)Completion of all requirements attached in the Site Design document 5)Website developed in C# 6)Stored procedures used for data access ## Platform ASP .Net 2.0 using Visual Studio 2005 Sql Server 2000 Photoshop for any images/graphics designed Website developed in C# Production Hosting environment will be Server Intellect
