European website marketing

I have a successful website [url removed, login to view] in the United Kingdom and want three contacts to advise me on marketing it in France, Germany and the Netherlands. These must be people who already have their own successful site running and hosted in that country. I require practical advice from a person or company "on the ground" in the target country. What I require you to do is: 1. Identify the leading online search engine for your country. This might be Google or it might not. There could be two or three with equal market share. 2. Obtain details of how listings and advertising work on the top three search engines, costs, lead times etc. We may have to deal with Overture if MSN, Yahoo or a related site is the leading search engine. 3. Find out where the site should be hosted for optimum search engine results, (a) in the UK or (b) in the relevant country. 4. If (b) arrange domain name & hosting in your country. 5. I will supply the html for the site, with text badly translated by Google or Babelfish. This will need editing and correcting once we have the listings completed. 6. Get the site listed on the search engines. Begin advertising. 7. Produce webstats to quantify the response. If you have already done all this for your own site then it should be quick & easy! (Apart from correcting the text in item 5).
