Message Board and FAQ's

I need these module to be added to [login to view URL], I want them to be seamless, not a blank target, or a seperate look and feel. The site is done w/ PHP MySQL, the board should be administered by only me, Olny users of the site my add messages, we'll talk more about it when I see price and qualifactions- thats how I choose my programmers Per the FAQ's...I need a module that allows me, the admin, to add a question and answer through a form.
