4) Constant Communication, and provide full details how many members are going to work with the project. as i doesnt work with one man show programmer, as i need integrity and commitment put on this project. Provide me person in contact, and preferably coders working with the project. so i can have contact.

5) All requirement should be meet or else project will be cancelled. and you have to give full refund to money escrowed in the system.

6)Full installation guide and help file

7) upon delivery, you have to make sure things are in well condition and working. install the script in server.

8)Along the way of the system development i will review with the system function and the quality the script works. You are subject to make changes if the script are not as what i wanted it to be. However if the changes involve big changes, budget increase can be considered however subject to approval.
