Rewrite Of Code To Detect Valid Referer

I have a PHP script that is supposed to check what site a person is coming from before allowing them access to the contents. They must be coming from a site listed in the script in order to view the page or they are redirected to an error page.

This script doesn't seem to be working so I would like a new version created.

Only the top portion of the script dealing with validating referers needs to be altered. Everything else should remain as is.

This script needs to accept visitors from domain specified as a valid referer.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
