RSS-Feed directory

I need a script that will display a directory of rss feeds. The following functions should be included: - Category structure (2 levels deep) - database containing categories and feeds (no feed contents, only information like name and url) - Home page with category list, newest feed entries and some place for text - category pages with a list of x feed entries; paging function if more than say 10 feeds in category; list of subcategories - detail page displaying the last 10 entries of one feed, parsed live using magpierss or similar - submit feed function; a feed owner should be able to add a feed to the website - before fetching a feed the [login to view URL] should be fetched and considered; if feeds are unavailable a message to the admin has to be sent - smarty template system - multilingual; a single file with all required sentences should be available that can easily be translated I don't want you to build the layout, a very simple html structure to demonstrate all functions is enough. The real layout will be built later.
