Attached is a zip file with a Word Document which holds a picture for the front page of the website. Also, you will find .jpg files of the various pages. The text that goes on these pages (which should scroll in front of the picture and be easily readable without sacraficing the artistic quality of the picture can be found on the corresponding word documents which are also in the zip file. The timeframe for this project is fairly flexible up front, but once you commit to a timeframe, the timeframe must be met exactly on time or before if you expect payment. Please build some extra time in to the bid so we can go back and forth a little bit on the details as we get close to the end of this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working web site in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform IIS 5.0, html
