The basic requirement of this project is to create a cashback system which is intergreated with the vbulletin install on www.bonusbaggers.com. As such, it will probably be a forum hack/mod, but if it can be done another way it is not strictly necessary. It is important that it is styled to fit with the rest of the website. The cashback system will allow members who use links on the site to be awarded a portion of the referral fee we at the site receive in the form of cashback. The system will comprise of a main cashback page. This will list all the retailers at which cashback is offered. From this page logged in users will be able to link to an individual page which will have more info on the indivdual referral and a link to the reatailer which will be generated with a unique tag to the user. This is where intergration with the forum plays a key part, because the unique tag will be there user id number. This allows us to track individual referrals with affiliate sites, and link these to specific members. Each User will have his own "My Cashback" page. This will contain details of the current cashback offers which he is credited for and are still pending and previous succesful cashback. It will also keep a record of his/her baclance and how much they are owed. An admin page will control the whole system allowing new cashback offers to be added, exisiting ones to be edited, members cashback status added and edited, records of payments, etc. This should give you an overview of the requirements. More detailed specs can be given to genuinely interested coders/programmers. Please ask any questions you have, and I will be happy yo answer.
