Downoading of Horse racing results historical data into Excel from website and creating usable data from the Excel

The project requirements are.
I am a freelance sports journalist specializing in horse racing and providing pointers advice to my readers. I require the following project please.
Overview.
Download UK and Ireland historical racing results from www.horseracebase.com. Results data ranging from 1997-to 2014 into one Excel spreadsheet,( see attached jpeg) that can be used for testing on a neural network. that I will design to look for clusters and predictions. The downloaded results need to be manipulated, so unique identifiers are required per column/data type. Perhaps using Vlookup or similar I leave that up to you.
The horseracebase website allows subscribers to download this data, but the facility only allows for a day at time download with the date exported into a Excel or CSS format.
You will need the ability to program PHP/HTML (or whatever you feel is best) for the website to allow for multiplies day, month, years downloads into Excel.
This should be relatively simple for a PHP, expert, but is beyond me and I have to click download each time into Excel.
I would require both the raw data results and manipulated data in separate spreadsheets.
It is very important that I can filter the data by horse race type, Handicap non Handicap, race types for training of the neural network.
This data is in the down load but needs to be separated from the race name likely in CSS.
I will provide the login for the website to the chosen Freelancer for the duration if required, or you can set up a trial account for 3 days that gives you full access to the results (preferred option).
I am open to you suggestions and comments and if you require more detail ask.
I am also very open to your suggestions and ideas of how best to do this.
