571550 Flash/AS3 application creates logos online for a website

Project details:

I need a flash application to enable users to create logos online.

I have the application layout designed in illustrator.

How does application should work:

The application should feed from folders on the server, for images, font & backgrounds.

these folders are already created and there are alots of work already have been done to export zip file, extract images in certain pages etc.

The application needs to export the images & fonts used and export them into Jpg, Png & 100% vector file (vector file: all elements inside the file are vector and can be edited with any vector software, such as illustrator)

the vector file must be EPS, Ai or PDF, any of these will do, I prefer EPS if possible.

The application need be in flash with ActionScript3.

PNG, JPG, EPS all are saved in Zip file on the server when user click Save Logo.

Also an image with watermark needs to be created to show on the site, actually on 4 web pages.

The images in the zip file needs to be without watermarks.

Font used in the logo needs to be outlined so user doesn't see missing font when they open the vector file.

Application must be light and fast to load

You must use & follow the layout, which i will give you.

You must create hover effects on the buttons and fields (they already created in the layout design)

the extracted images needs to be 100% clear and sharp.

Here are what the flash applications should do:

It can

Resize (object)

Rotate

Flip Horizontally

Flip Vertically

Bring Front (this will bring the selected object to the front)

Send Back (this will send the selected object to the back)

Undo

Redo

Reset (resets everything to the start point)

Align Text, Right, Centre, Left

Resize Text

Add Text (adds this line Company Name every time you click on it)

Break Text (it breaks the word to letters so you can edit, resize, colour each letter individually)

B, i, R (B=Bold, i=italic, R=Regular)

Upper Case: (it makes all text upper case)

Lower Case: (it makes all text lower case)

Close space: (it remove the space between the letters)

Open space: (it increase the space between the letters)

R G B, HEX: (these are fields enter the colour codes)

colour selection (to change the colour of the image or/and font)

Text Field: (this is for the logo name)

Stage Background: (background selection)

there are: Preview button, Save button, stage, rotate/selection box.

nice hover effect & tooltip is must when you hover over things.

I have a similar application which is in As2 and one working on the site.

There are many scripts/codes on the server for the old application which you can use so you dont have to start from scratch.

I need an expert in flash & As3 to make this application, you can use some of the old files.

Time scale 4 - 5 days if you need more let me know.

Payment %10 will be paid after seeing some work done

I have paid 3 people before and I didn't get anything so I will once application is complete.

You must be:

A flash & As3 expert

able to export 100% vector files so each element inside it can be edited.

PHP is needed to implement the application within the site.

must be good communicator (must update me daily on the progress of the project)

must see some of your work

must have good review.

Milestone $50 which it can be released 1/2 way of the project.

The files I will provide you:

1-the layout file which is a vector file

2-flash appliaction (fla) with As2 which you can export things from it

3-A working SWF application this has been created in flash and As3 but I dont have the source file for it.

4-watermark image

5-access to the server and folders you will be working on.

6-start up loader needs needs to be #990000 or I can provide one.

I will send the layout image to freelancers I feel they can do this job.

I will be updating this application so the person who creates it will be doing this upadate every 3 months for agreed payment.
