php email code

I have just uploaded a personal flash site that I modified from a template. However, there is a contact form on my contact page that I cannot configure to send email to my personal inbox. The company that I purchased the template from has only replied to me with information about php that I do not understand. I am overloaded at the moment with work (I am an author) and I do not wish to learn php at this time; I only want my email to work with my server (yahoo). Can you help me?
