English & Arabic Flyer Design

I have designed a flyer. I have provided the text and a few ideas. I need an artistic person to redesign it and make it a great eye catching flyer for marketing purposes. I would need the winner of this bid to do the following: 1- Design at least 5 different layouts for me to choose from. The more the better. Please indicate in your bid how many will you be able to do. Once I select a design I like, then I will request changes before the final product is completed. 2-Provide the design in a .tiff format, .psd and .pdf in maximun resolution and other commonly used formats for printing purposes. 3- Preliminary Size of flyer is 4 inches by 4 inches. This could change by a small amount. Final size will be given prior to completion of project. 4-winner of this bid will be required to **translate the contents of the Flyer to Arabic** and provide the exact design of the english flyer. The flyer will be double sided, one in english and the other in arabic and they both will have the same look and feel. Bidder will need to be able to read and write arabic 5- Winner of the bid needs to be friendly and easy to work with and not money hungry. I will compensate hard work accordingly and will pay what I owe promptly and generously. 6- Winner of bid will need to complete project in 3 days. Winner has to answer email within resonable time , 2-3 hours during the day and 10 hours at night. I say that because I was burned before by long delays. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is for prinnitng.
