Button Plugins in Editor

1.) What i need is have the plugin buttons working again..This are it: fullscreen,insertdate and time,media,style_formats,etc etc...If you can fix without affecting my character count,and reset count, and have this buttons work properly on IE & Safari message me..Must know javascript..NOTE: What you see in screenshot is what currently have and currently working without issues and editor works without issues as well..

Will do 1 milestone of $20.00 & released once completed and working...This is a 0-day bid project (1-hour only)..Not interested in over bids or on people who don't reply...I will Test on Safari and IE because if you remove certain code it will not work on safari....Bid only if you are familiar with tynymce editor & know javascript and you can edit the file itself..Filename is : forumslist.php....I can take you to site to check and later for testing..Message me if you can start now..I'm only gonna be around for the next 30 minutes if not some other day i'll repost..
