We need it so that so that the company can transfer money, put it into an escrow, and then release it to another member. Need a PayPal escrow payment system which can be integrated with the CMS site/ ECOMMERCE website which is currently php based. but it should be upgradeable to other platforms like joomla etc. IT COULD BE PAYPAL OR ANYTHING ELSE! ==================================== I think the logic would be: 1).task posters posts a task 2). task runners selects task posted 3). task poster and task runner negotiate via a bidding functionality 4). Task poster accepts 5). Area where task runners is required to Escrow money 6). I will need to open a PayPal account. WHAT IS NEEDED: 1). Task posters Escrows Money to our PayPal account/ Debit Account ----(a). Email notification to task poster and Admin ----(b). Escrow info posted to both users accounts 2). Task runner provides Proof that the task has been completed. ----(a). Proof email notification to Task runner,task poster and Admin ----(b). Proof info posted to both users accounts Task Poster Releases Money( changes the status of the task from open to close) ----(a). Money Released email notification to Task poster,task runner and Admin ----(b). Money Released info posted to both users accounts 4). MySQL data that should be carried: Transaction ID, Start Date, End Date, From Email, To Email, Category, Title, Must Do, Required Proof and Amount (SQL data name to be confirmed) 5). Script should calculate and add PayPal/Bank transaction fees to task poster amount 6). Script should calculate and subtract Paypal/ Bank transaction fees (and website fee) from task runner amount. 7). Script should include a way for Admin to automatically send a payment to task runners in PayPal/Bank after transaction is complete ( a warning email should be automatically sent some time prior the money is being sent. 8). Script should always return users back to website account area where they last were. ---------------------------------------------------------------- With the following features: 1) Users will have a escrow like address generated upon sign up. 2) This address and transaction history will be displayed in the user profile. 3) I would like the customer to have the ease of just transferring funds to their address to deposit money and I would also like the sellers to be able to transfer the funds out after a transaction has been completed. 5) I would like to collect commission on vendor listings when a transaction is completed. a) I would like the commission to be variable depending on price of listing b) I would also like the commission percentage go up if the customer/vendor has to go through resolution. 6) I would like to give the option for customers to place a transaction into resolution if they don't receive their product. 7) I would like to set a 30 day auto finalize on the escrow payment if the customer doesn't log back in to finalize the order after receiving their product. 8) currency is to be USD (local currencies: SGD/ IDR/ BAHT/PESOS/MYR etc) ability to set the currencies as our website is focus in ASIA.
