IP Message Killer

I need an application that would block the messages that are sent by this software: http://www.ip-messenger.com. It should start automatically, and block any of this messages. Also it should block popups, popunders & allow the user to add certain popups to a whitelist. Needs to also clean the users cookies, temporary files, and cache. Must have a friendly user interface, and be easily configured. Support IE, and AOL browers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) All Windows platforms. ## Platform All Windows version.
