Need a php sports fan

I have a couple projects that are lagging and need to be finished asap. As I do not have all the time in the world I need some help.

Here is what I require

1) Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.

2) DHTML

Would be a bonus to get someone that knows how to do live java or flash generator work. This is my biggest weakness personally and a lot of this would be easier with someone that knows how to build a live chat room (not refresh based). Just need the data passing aspect more than the chat room aspect, though a chat room would be included.

I have a work around method to get around that need so its not the most important thing.

I am not going to go into all the details because thats just what they are, details. I need someone that has strong skills and understands heavy database use dynamic applications. If you do not think you could write a vBulletin, than this is probably more than you can handle. (I am not building a bulletinboard but the example is valid for my needs).

Person selected would not be working in a vacumn, but with me there always available to answer questions, give suggestions, and direct exactly how I want the final project presented to the end user.

This is an open bid and more than likely if the progress is going well I will pay parts of it as we go instead of all at the end. This could either be a one time project or become an ongoing working relationship with the right person.

## Deliverables

My expectation is simple. While working I ask when something can be done, and then if it is a reasonable time frame I expect it to be done in that time frame.

I retain all copywrite and legal rights to any original work accomplished during this time frame. If you use some code previously written by yourself in this project I expect to be notified ahead of time so a decision can be made on that on a case by case basis.

I expect of course that once completed all source code is handed over to me and while I know nobody is ever going to erase it from their hard drive, I do expect to never see it placed in a place that it could accidently get out on the web into distribution through warez sites kazaa. Finished product will only be running on my servers so it is safe on my end and I expect it to be kept safe on your end.

Besides that my staff and I are laid back. We work casual, from the seat of our pants at times, and just enjoy what we do. If you do not enjoy what you do I am sure there is another job here you can bid on besides this one.

Oh, and I have multiple projects going on always, and another unrelated one but could tie in on this bid is someone that knows a lot about mnogosearch. Not required, but would be nice to have (what I need is something that would take minutes to accomplish so this is not a huge part of this bid)
