460155 SEO expert needed for travel website

We are looking for SEO programmer to do SEO on our travel website as we are launching it within 2 weeks. It is a travel related website. We would like someone to do the following: Submit our site to DMOZ Add Robot txt and an XML sitemap to our root directory We also want Page titles, meta keywords and metadescriptions done for the pages on our website. We have had a website review and now have the keywords, the descriptions and the titles so its just a matter of inserting what we want done. There are roughly 80-100 pages where we need the titles, keywords and descriptions inserted. We also want to do a link building campaign with roughly 100 links done over a 1 month period. We are willing to set up milestones and release funds for each 25 links establised. However we will only do this once we have checked that the 25 links are live and we would like a report showing us the URL where the link is. We have the right to oppose any links and if we do not agree where the link is replaces we can scrap the link. Our requirements for this project are - We want someone with a proven track record. Please if you have less then 10 feedback please do not bid because we will not consider your bid by any means. -White hat techniques only -we do not want links from article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites. - we would like the links to be from google pr5 pages - All of the back link pages that are in relation to travel - We would like free one way manual links. - No subdomains, back links must be on a www. - We want links to be on only english sites as our website is in english - Links must be permanent and static HTML. - Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. - Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. - Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. - Only these domains .com/.co/.gov/.edu/.org - Its really important to us that we get weekly Reports must be submitted to us daily/weekly. WHAT WE DO NOT WANT - No directory submissions, forum posts, article submissions, links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites. -- No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings, FFA sites gambling, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighborhood" sites - No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text - Please dont use sites banned by Google, Yahoo, and Bing - dont use any kind of automated software or bots. - We do not want links from pages that are still under construction pages. - No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. - No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc. This is a 1 month trial if all goes well then we will bring you on for a long term basis with more SEO work
