319006 Auction Website

I would like to know the cost of creating an online auction website which has the same functionality as Ebay such as: Ability for anyone to add a product Products can be auctioned or sold on a buy it now basis Retailers can set up shops Customer's and Vendors can provide feed back for oneanother Customer's and vendors can communicate to one another Fees are taken when goods are listed Payments are send directly to vendors Fees are directly taken from Vendors accounts at the end of each month. Ideally the programmer will have already created such a website which I may review. If the quotation is realistic, I'll be proceeding with the creation of the website in the next 2-3 weeks.
