373678 GPS and Google Maps Project

We are looking for a simple software solution that will allow 1 to many laptops to connect to a web server and report GPS coordinates from USB GPS Receivers and then use Google Maps to view laptop positions. Project Details: 1) A small desktop application to receive GPS Data (weed out bad signals) and send to Server. Ability to select reporting intervals by an Admin or change via server. 2) A server script to log GPS Data from remote computers, with a webpage to view current positions and history for all trackers or selected. 3) GPS Data should report Position and Speed Traveling. 4) Ability to generate a printed report based on the received GPS Data with address ***No need to post your whole resume, only post demos related to GPS Tracking*** This is also for a linux server not Windows. Although PC Laptops will be windows based.
