331822 Redirection page

I need a PHP redirection page with load counter- without any database The page "[login to view URL]" should redirect to "[login to view URL]" along with its querry string ([login to view URL] to [login to view URL]) expect the page is loaded 5th, 10th, 15th and 20th time. When it is loaded 20th time the counter should to reset to 1 and should repeat the same cycle. Eg: [login to view URL] and should redirect to on Page load 1st: [login to view URL] 2nd: [login to view URL] 3rd: [login to view URL] 4th: [login to view URL] 5th: [login to view URL] 6th: [login to view URL] 7th: [login to view URL] 8th: [login to view URL] 9th: [login to view URL] 10th: [login to view URL] 11th: [login to view URL] 12th: [login to view URL] 13th: [login to view URL] 14th: [login to view URL] 15th: [login to view URL] 16th: [login to view URL] 17th: [login to view URL] 18th: [login to view URL] 19th: [login to view URL] 20th:: [login to view URL] + reset the counter to 1 and repeat the same circle
