Rip a website and prepare it for uploading. (1374289)

Hi, I am looking to have a website created in to a template. here are the instructions: 1. Rip the website [login to view URL] 2. "Templatize" it by doing the following: 2a. convert all URLs to relative URLs 2b. all instances of "Reno" that are NOT in the markup code should be renamed "CityName" Be sure the capitalization on the C and N is there 2c. all instances of "reno" that are in the code that you do not remove (for good reason) should be renamed "cityname" 2d. after completing all these steps, I should be able to upload the files to the domain of my choice and have it function correctly (I will need to go through the files and change the city name though) 3. I used the programs "notepad++" and "fastpaste" to quickly make the changes like this. However I could not do it fully since I could not change the link structure on my own. 4. Remove references to the Youtube Video on the site (the template should not have the video) 5. Instruct me on how to receive data from the form on the contact page, and how to change the output if necessary. Leave ALL other text and picture elements as shown on the original website. If you would like to do this project, please post a bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should work with a standard web host (I use [login to view URL], a division of host gator)
