PROJECT tiny Java Script interface (Java Script on browser, HTML/PHP over Apache on LINUX OS):
-a small library allowing basic communication between client and server: all the events regarding mouse, keyboard, window, etc... must be included;
-all display/graphic capabilities according to server instructions, file delivering and related events with synchronous/asynchronous mode;
-example as how to extend capabilities (incorporate advanced code/players/etc), creating and including new obj/functions;
The browser's client must be able to communicate both ways with the server as it should be clear by now. A dummy page that illustrates bidirectional communication between client and server must be created, showing how the server acknowledges the events on the client side.
The ideal candidate would have:
in general:
-IT passion above and beyond school requirements
-good written and spoken English
-Internet access (Skype) and own computer (LINUX or multi-OS)
-LINUX basic knowledge
-willingness to learn
-capacity to find, read, understand and synthesize information from different sources
-capability to work unsupervised, to log and report results, to write documentation and manuals regarding own work
While all this is largely available on the Internet, we do not want a 100% copy-paste. We want a coherent documented library.
After the successful completion of this small project, the candidate has the chance of receiving a stream of following projects and the opportunity to join (on a permanent role) our UK based company.
