Video Website

Ok let me make this as simple as possible. I want a video website that can be used on hostgator server (no other company). The website must have the follow features - Ability to import youtube videos easily. Must import images,tags and tittles (also editable) - A custom video player that HIDE'S YOUTUBE VIDEO LOGO while still streaming from youtube server (so i can save on bandwidth) - Must have a comment system similar to this [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] - Must have the ability to feature 3 to 4 videos at the top similar to this website [login to view URL] (1 larg size and the others small) - The ability to place ads bellow video, beside video,extreme bottom of side, top of site and if possible full page ad at the side. - The ability to place ads by country/region for visitors - Must have a music page similar to this one [login to view URL] with easy process of adding music and playback by url. - Must be able to change the site colours from admin panel. also the ability to put images up as the look of the page. similar to what myspace allow its users to do. All this must be easily done from admin panel! - I also want it to have the layout of this site for the videos. [login to view URL] .Must be able to switch to 3,4,5 column Here is where you guys come in...i dont want my site to look like any other site! WILL BE PAID WHEN PROJECT IS HALF WAY!
