I need a booking site for a funeral home. something similar to this. [login to view URL] its going to have 3 categories. 1st category. when the viewing is in our chapels. --- 3 Fields: 1. start date 2. end date. 3. start time we have 3 chapels when the client hits enter it will show the available chapels for that day in the period of time from 8AM to 10 PM. Once they select the date time and chapel available for the viewing when they submit it it will update a JCal Pro Calendar we have in a Joomla page, and it will update another table in different database 2nd category. when the viewing is not in our chapels ---- 8 fields 1. date 2. name of the church 3. address 4. phone 5. start time 6. end time 7. hearses - we have 6 hearses - this one you book one hearse per day 8. driver - we have 6 drivers one for each car if there are no cars available for the day they picked (i'm not sure if is possible but if it is) can they enter the hearse and driver manually? they will have the ability to see pictures of the cars and the drivers. Once again when they pick the car and driver they want and is available and submit it it will update the JCal Pro calendar in joomla and it will update another table in the DB. also an email will be send to the driver schedule with the date and time which he was schedule for. 3th Category. The Burial. 2 options 1 . Meeting in our chapels 2. Meeting somewhere else a church or another chapel. If option 1 selected. "Meeting in our chapels" --- 3 Fields: 1. start date 2. end date. 3. start time same as category one. it will show the available chapels and times for that day they picked. after choosing the day and time they will continue to select hearse and driver as in category two. 4. hearse 5. driver. after choosing hearse and driver and hearse we will need 4 more fields to populate this are the routes. 6. route 1 7. route 2 8. route 3 9. route 4 Once again after entering the routes info they will submit it and it will update the JCal pro in joomla and it will update another table in our DB. also we need and email to be sent to the driver chosen with the date and time which he was schedule for.
