Android App Creation

I need an experienced Android app builder to do the following app. 1. User fills out a simple 3 field form. First Name, Last Name, and Country. 2. User presses submit 3. User is shown a flash image that contains the form data from step 1 and has a 2 second sound clip that loops. 4. User then has the option to email a link to the app or post it to facebook or twitter. For example, it's like the user is creating their own membership card image. Notes: There is no need to save the finished flash image I will provide all the images needed and the flash file (you may need to make small changes to flash depending on how you code) I will provide the admob publisher code that you will need to add in the app. The app needs to be ready to send to the android market. You will be required to sign a standard non disclousure and noncompete agreements. Please let me know about your android development experience.
