Basic Mobile application with desktop admin Panel

Hi All, Project Description : We are looking for developers / team who can develop basic mobile app & web admin panel. User will upload the csv files from the admin panel and same needs to be inserted in the database. The same data can be viewed in the mobile app in structured format using native or hybrid simple android mobile app. User will upload the files daily from the admin panel and there should be validation check if the same data is been uploaded or not. If the data is same then no operation should be performed. If any update / modified operations are performed then it has to be capturers in Log file and save it the database which can retrieved from the mobile app. Android Mobile Application : - Login screen - Home Page / dashboard screen - Reports viewing screens with date selection as the parameter. - Log out Web Admin Panel : - Registration Page - Login Page - Home page : CSV file upload feature, check the uploaded file in the tabular format, Log file viewer, User preference page. - Logout Page The above project can be achieved using PHP or Java technology.
