E-book Website design

I need E-book website where i can upload PDF ebooks and users will subscribe and admin will moderate and approve the subscription. However, Users are not allowed to download the ebooks. Admin back end features needed are:- Add E-book (To add bulk of ebooks will be great). to add ebook will contain to fill the ebook data such as : book name, author, edition, year, and category of the book. Search E-book by book name, author, edition, year, and category of the book. Search users registered (user reports), for example users registered between 1st to 28 February. Front end:- Menu : Home, Book Categories , Register, Contact us Middle of the page should be list of books from different categories with name, category and author name Another column on the left: E-book sections: medicine, engin, IT , etc Right column: Latest books Right column: Top Books For registration, subscriber can be assigned to read the content for specific date , for example one month. then admin will renew the expired users. Website script should be in PHP , and MySQl DB and i will provide hosting with those options. On the other hand the main important thing for me is that users should not be able to download the ebooks. it will be great If you can show me some portfolio .
