Hello, I need an excellent programmer to finish the programming functionality of a site. The site: [login to view URL] is 90% a copy of this website: care.com. Some of the front end functionality is done/started (signup) but the remaining front end functionality (search, etc.) and some of the backend functionality is not completed. Here are the details: 1) At the top of each page, move the Search bar/dropdown (“Find a ____” and “Parish”) into place. As you can see it is not in its correct location at the moment. Here are some example Search pages that need to be setup/added: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and here is an example of how it should be: [login to view URL] 2) Both the Care Provider and Care Seeker registrations seem to be working (shows the info on the admin panel back end & allows registered users to log in) BUT the “password/username reset isn't working (request/get a new password.). We need that working as normal (automatically creates a new password/sends that new password to the registered users e-mail address). 3) Login would be common for both Care Providers and Care Seekers. After logged in, it will open the page according to the u/n and p/w, meaning if the login and p/w is for a Care Provider then it will open a "My Care" page according to the Care Provider information/functionality and if the login and p/w is for a Care Seeker then it will open "My Care" page according to the Care Seeker information/functionality. THIS PART IS PARTLY ALREADY SETUP 4) Programming has already started on this domain: www.bdacare.com. However, that version doesn't have a few updated inner pages. I need those updated pages added to the live [login to view URL] domain. My designer will assist you with the files and info for those few missing inner pages or he needs to know how to access the backend section where he can upload those pages himself. *HOME PAGE* 1. Join Now button will open registration form for Care Seekers. That is already working. 2. On the Search box, the title (Welcome to Bermuda Care!) is not appearing. For exact position and appearance please see [login to view URL] 3. Search will filter the care providers according to the info and Parish selected. 4 Below the search now button, click here link will open the registration form for “Care Providers”. That is already working. *CHILD CARE PAGE* 1. The single search field within the light orange banner (Child Care at [login to view URL]) will search the care providers in the noted “Parish” who listed themselves as a child care provider. 2. Behind the "Child Care Info" title there is a background image missing on the [login to view URL] version. Please replace that bar behind that title. To view the background, please see the [login to view URL] 3. The “Get the scoop on Child care” banner will be replaced with another image that will simply link to a site. No need to do anything with that now. My designer just needs the access/ability to change the text or images and add a hyperlink to it when needed. 4. The right panel different colored boxes will contain the text or images Or advertisement as per the need. These can stay for limited period or always and should have a complete command by my designer who just needs the access/ability to change the text or images and add a hyperlink to it when needed. 5. Right panel top box button "Update My Profile" will be linked to the profile updating settings page or if the user is not logged in then it should go to the login page which would then take the registered user to their profile settings page. *SPECIAL NEEDS PAGE* 1. exact same as Child Care page, with the exception that the “Special Needs Info” title background bar needs to look like this one: [login to view URL] *** TUTORING & LESSIONS, SENIOR CARE, PET CARE, & HOUSEKEEPING PAGES*** 1) Exactly the same as Child Care page (noted above), with the exception that the title background bar for each page needs to look like the versions on these pages: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] *MY CARE PAGE * Here is a registered user example (Care Seeker) back end: [login to view URL] For a more functioning example, log into the main domain ([login to view URL]) using a Care Seeker account such as this one I have created: gbotelho2000@[login to view URL], p/w: mypcguy. Although most of the functionality isn't working yet, you will be able to see the some of the functionality. As noted below, some of that functionality is also not required at all or different. *MY CARE PAGE * 1. Middle top area "My Messages" will have the latest mail displayed here. *MY CARE page left panel for Care Seeker* 1. The “My Care Exchanges” is not required and that link can be removed from that left side section. 2. My [login to view URL] will be the My Care page. 3. My Messages will open a page where all the messages will be displayed. Messages will come from the admin/site owner admin panel where the site owner can send messages to registered users via the backend. 4. My Jobs will contain the job posted by care seeker. There will be two tabs (View job and Edit Job) for care seeker to view their posted job details and edit that as well. Note that the jobs should be edited in a similar way to the form/s filled out to post a new job. 5. My Caregivers will contain those Care Providers list which are being marked as a favorite by Care Seeker. And at the same time the Care Provider search option would also be there so that care seeker can search more care providers from this page also. 6. Background Checks needs to be changed into: “Resumes and References” and allow access to resumes and references (documents) for Care Providers that the Care Seeker have: clicked on a resumes and references option under each Care Provider profile that would make that Care Providers resume and references available on the Care Seeker My Care section. This is only available to “Paid” Care Seekers that have paid, and only for the noted timeframe. 7. My Profile and Settings will take the care seeker to the My Profile and Settings page where the care seeker can update their profile and change the settings accordingly. Under this section: “Membership Information” set up the noted info as seen on this page: [login to view URL] For the: Upgrade or Close Account link, change that link into: “Upgrade” and point this page: [login to view URL] 8. Under quick links, post a job will take the user to the page where jobs are being posted. 9. Find Care-on-call is not needed so please remove it. *My Care page Left Panel for Care Providers* 1. My [login to view URL] will be the My Care page. 2. My Messages will open a page where all the messages will be displayed. Messages will come from the admin/site owner admin panel where the site owner can send messages to registered users via the backend. 3. My References should be changed into: My Resume & References and will display the resume and references documents uploaded by the Care Provider when filling in the registration form, if the user didn't upload those docs. at that time then here he/she can upload their resume and references docs. from this section under their My Care backend. 4. My Background Check is not required so please remove that. 5. My Resume will be replaced with the My Resume & References section as noted above. 6. My Profile and Settings will take the care provider to the My Profile and Settings page where the care provider can update their profile and change the settings accordingly. Remove these sections: Privacy Settings and Preferences, Credit Card Information | Upgrade or Close Account. 7. The Post a Job will be under both registered users My Care sections under the “Quick Links”. BACKEND FUNCTIONALITY: 1. There will be NO payment gateway setup on this site. The client will have people pay via a hard copy form (document) that they print, fill in and fax to him with their credit card info or a check. That form (document) will be accessed via the Upgrade page where they open/save it before printing it and faxing it to the client/site owner. The admin/site owner would then make some change/s on the admin backend for that account (which would become a paid account) to allow that account to access (from the front end) the contact info and resume/references docs. for Care Providers for only the set time frame: for 1-month, 3-months, 6-months, 12-months. Once the paid time frame is about to finish, a message would automatically be sent to that user accounts "Inbox" letting them know that their subscription is about to finish. 2. So when a Care Seeker has paid for 1-month, 3-months, 6-months, 12-months (this will be paid for via check/cash/bank transfer that the client will receive – not via electronic commerce on the site), the site owner/admin will manually set that time frame from the back end admin panel. Once the admin sets the time frame for a registered user (Care Seeker only), that user will be able to view (via their My Care section) Care Provider profile contact info, resumes (document), and references (document/s). Once the time frame finishes (1-month, 3-months, 6-months, 12-months), they will no longer have access to any new Care Provider contact info, resumes, and references. The "paid" Care Seeker would click on a resumes and references option under each Care Provider profile that would make that Care Providers resume and references available on the individual Care Providers profile listing. That option will not be visible to non-paying registered users. 3. Set up the newsletter on the backend to allow the option of sending messages to a registered users “inbox” in their My Care section or to their e-mail address. The newsletter would also be able to send normal newsletter messages as well. I have tried to be as clear as possible and the info noted here should cover 98% of what needs to be done. The client has only asked me to make it as close as I can to that [login to view URL] site but without the payment gateway and some other minor changes. I will pay extra for any additional work that is required (once we know what that is). Selected programmer will be working with me and my web designer. I require an excellent php programmer for a good amount of ongoing work so my hope is that the programmer that does the current work can continue to work for me on various web development work (Open Source scripts, shopping carts, Joomla, etc.). The programmer needs to be honest, work for a normal amount of money and complete work on time. ONLY apply if you have very good experience at custom programming and have these qualities. The current job needs to be completed within 7 days. Programming work will need to be uploaded onto my servers every two days and an update e-mail sent at least every two days as well. Please, only bid if you are 100% sure that you can have this work completed within 7 days. 50% will be paid in Escrow from the start and a BONUS of $75 to the programmer that sets up the content pages/sections as CMS to allow the site owner to edit text on the site and finish's this job within 6 days.
