Simple 3 pages in PHP with blockchain API

I have a small coding task that I need done. I need 3 PHP pages created for our membership site. It's a private Bitcoin funds management club for members only. We already have a membership platform for managing registration/login. here are the pages we need done: Members pages: - Fund Management page: * A simple form to deposit bitcoin on the top of the page ( we will use blockchain API ) * Request Withdraw form it will contain 2 feilds 1- Amount ( check if the amount available in member's balance ) 2- BTC address * A table that displays all deposits/withdrawals with date and withdrawal status - Dashboard Page: * Chart to display balance change over past 7 days / 30 days / 180 days ( drop down menu to choose timeframe ) * A table to display Total equity/ Profit-loss % ( Admin will log in daily and submit daily profit manually from admin panel ) / Profit - Loss in BTC Admin page: - Financials page: * Daily profit loss form, it will contain one feild only which is the daily profit/loss %, once the form is submitted the percentage should affect all members balances. If in one day more than one percentage were submitted they should be merged on the members dashboard. * Table to display withdrawal reqests with the ability to change withdrawal status ( paid - pending ) default will be pending
