Need a form developed.
The form will have 4 options. Each option has an email group that will receive the information submitted.
Example: The Loan officer selects
"A Paper Fannie Lenders"
the form data automatically sends to a selected set of email addresses:
email address one
email address two
email address three
etc. etc. etc.
The form sample itself is attached.
Form must allow multiple attachments which will be sent to all recipients.
Tight coding only for this mortgage company please. If you're familiar with the mortgage industry, that's great as well as you'll automatically know what is fill in, what is multiple check box and what is single select items. Otherwise, no biggie as we will provide the base form template you can write the applicable code around to achieve the client results. Need this back in three days from awarding the project, however, sooner is always better.
