181930 Additional features needed

I need additional features added to my existing system The site is designed in PHP on a MySQL server. I need the following features completed ASAP. Giving them the option to subscribe through paypal and if they subscribe it automatically unlocks their account. 17) Need a members area section where they can log into their account from our website that will then point them to their account where they can then log into their system or go directly into the system..
