Linux Consultant - CPANEL WHM

I am a project manager and i have a Java development team(five Brasilian members). I need one linux consultant for help us: a) Linux Questions b) Linux Host questions: Cpanel; WHM, Exim MTA, etc. I - GLOSSARY: a) Problem - small question that we want to solve for us. b) Basic Price - is the price for each problem you solve. I propose basic price = USD20 c) Special Prices - prices to special problems. We will use it if the Basic Price is not sufficient for the problem complexity. II - REQUIREMENTS: a) Experience and mastery in CPANEL WHM. c) Excellent in linux. III - HOW WE WILL WORK when necessary we send to you one problem. You solve the problem. Problem example1: Create one script to alert admin when some disk partitions is over 80% full. Problem example2: Create one script to start/stop one autoreplay for one email account. Problem example3: Install [login to view URL] software for project Managment Problem example3: Install one perl banner managment software. IV - PROBLEM PHASES a) Pahse 1 - Problem Especifications - We post to You the requesites and especifications. b) Phase 2 - Problem Implementation/Solution - You solve the problem. c) phase 3 - Test Cases - We Send To You the Tests Cases for the problem. d) Phase 4 - Your Tests - You test all test Cases for the problem, until all are ok. f) Phase 5 - Our Homologation - If all your tests are ok we will perform the homologation tests to your problem. g) Phase 6 - Milestone and Payment - After Homologation we will create one milestone and release it for You V- SERVICE PRICE AND PAYMENTS a) When You Finish Your test for one problem, we will homologate it. After our homologation You get one milestone and i will release this milestone for You. b) Milestone Release - I will release milestone only for the Homologate Problem. c) Payment In Advance - i dont agree d) Initial Milestone - i dont agree. VI - HOW WE WILL WORK TOGETHER a) My Brazilian Staff work from 00:00PM to 06:00PM (São Paulo Hour), from Monday to Friday. b) We will Use One SVN server to post projects (if necessary) c) I will appoint one developer to accompany your Problem and testing with You. d) All comunications and documentations are in english. f) You will access our Development Portal For ( Task docomentarion, Task Test, etc). VII - SERVICE DOCUMENTATIONS a)we always send to you the Problem Especitications. This can be: Text, screen prototypes, use case descriptrion, UML diagramans etc. b) We will send to You the tests for each Job. VIII - PROJECT DURATION i will need this work for one good time. Now i have projects for the next 02 years.
