Prize or Raffle script

THE Script: To create a web based prize or raffle system where a user can purchase raffle ticket/s through paypal or by offline credit card details emailed,to win a monthy or weekly or daily prize, of say a book, the user must enter name, address, email and contact number before the paypal payment is processed. The raffle system should ensure duplicate tickets are not issued and the raffle can be viewed 'live' on the net with a countdown timer and an option to start when so many tickets have been sold and an option to display the useres names and or email addresses. Once the raffle has ended the winning ticket holder/s would be displayed on page and winner randonly selected and emailed congratulations. (must be able to overide settings to manually select winner) The system should have a easy to use web based admin control panel which admin can change the prizes, raffle start/end times, raffle ticket prices display useres names and or email addreses, must be able to upload an image of the prize and to list the participants details. should be able to sort through useres and email addreses.
