209504 Programmer Needed

I need a program made that will be able to put together a website using pre-entered layouts and headers. The way it needs to work is like this: when you start the program up the first step would be to search for a domain name. (Is there a way the program can open a window {frame} that uses [login to view URL]) I want this setup to go through my affiliate account. Once the person finds a domain name I want them to then enter that name in the space provided. Once they type in the name and click ‘ok', I want the program to ask if the person wants to create a new folder on their hard drive. When they click yes, (They must choose yes to continue) then a folder is created in the hard drive (c:/programname/ domainname.) I would like the program to do this. Next the person is asked to choose a website design/layout (3 different choices and I have templates to use for this. They are in HTML and done in notepad. I would like the notepad file used.) Next they choose a header from a list of 5 (5 for the index page, 5 for the main page) I would like a little check box beside them with the option to view the larger image if they want. Next they choose from 5 different “girls” they want to use on their index page. Same option for them to view larger size if they want. The next thing it now asks for is some text which is put into a text field. Once they do that and click on “next” then the info they put into the field will overwrite the coding from the HTML page layout/template. Next another spot where again you enter text and click on “next,” it again replaces the old text with the new text. (this is repeated 2 or 3 times) After the person has gone through each step they are asked to “save” which will transfer all necessary files to the persons' hard drive in the folder named after the domain name. Options the program needs: - Open sites to edit then save back in that folder (they can only change girl and headers) - Add headers so the person can choose from more - Add layout - Lock program so when you download it, you need purchase “key” - View “website” before saving/uploading - Help link (which goes to my website page) - Marketing tool links (Goes to a page on my site) - Buy more headers/girls/layouts? (Maybe not sure if can work) Important tips: - The “master” template needs to be able to be edited over and over again, which means the files (html files) need to be saved to the persons computer so changes can be made. Once the program is done I need two more identical programs with slightly different information, but functions the same way.
