Subscription/Membership Site Setup Assistance

I am starting a pay-for-access website. I have never done this before, and am trying to locate someone with experience in doing so. I would like to have someone hold my hand through the ENTIRE process, from ground up, and also include documentation along the way; for future needs to do this on other servers. (this is not purely a porn site, it's an escorting services page for a client of mine.
