Need a Joomla Expert for Configuration of Several Modules/Plugins

I need the following added and configured according to my instructions to my Joomla site:

3. Community Builder w/ 6 plugins - installed and configured

4. JCal Pro Calendar - - installed and configured

5. JW Player Advanced - installed and configured

6. Acy Mailing Starter - configured

7. Easy Table for J - configured

8. Registration Pro - configured

9. JW Player Plugin - for music

10. Custom pages w article boxes and hyperlinks

11. Custom query/table display

12. Very Simple Image Gallery - configured

13 Rapid Recipe - installed and configured

14. X Gallery Extension (Collection Gallerific View) - configured

15. Option for a shopping cart that integrates Pay Pal and other options\

16. Option for a banner ad rotator that a business owner can upload and pay for their own ad. It has to have the ability to have several sizes and be placed in different positions on each page.

17. Configure the site so its SEO friendly

18. Be able to recommend other options and additions for the site.

19. Be able to be flexible with the above desires.

20. Must be able to complete in 3 weeks with penalty if not completed.

21. My budget is $400.

## Deliverables

You will be paid on a percent complete basis. Once 1 module is successfully installed and/or configured to my satisfaction, payment will be released.
