I need a layout rating system like the following site has incorporated:

I don't really know how he has it setup, but thats what I need and I'd like it to be something that is automated for each profile that is added to the site. Right now hes using a little hand icon as his rating system image. I'd prefer to make my own image, I can either create and provide that for you or you can use something as a temporary image and I can replace them at a later date.
If this is soemthing you can do I'd love to have you work on it for me. Please let me know and give me a general price range for the project. Thanks Agung.
