Medical Portal - Directory 2.0

Hello coders, I need a website redesigned. You can either do a new one or change the old one. I prefer of a new one but you must provide also a solution of transferring the data of the existing one. I have a website – a Greek Medical Directory – in Joomla , which is not attractive. I want it redesigned in a Web 2.0 style , ( can discuss use of Drupal ) , with a look of freelanceswitch .com and some of [login to view URL] IMPORTANT: it should be easy to translate everything in the site like buttons or static content or directory categories to Greek language. I will do the translation. My knowledge is prohibited in administrating Joomla and Php sites and using Adobe Photoshop. Nothing more. So it has to be easy. The website should be a portal and directory at the same time. Contents: First of all the usual menu buttons for content like “company” and “contact us” It must have in one corner the opportunity of a description about a Medical Doctors directory , and a button leading to a directory of doctors categorized by specialization and city of Greece. You must do something like phpcow com script that will give me the opportunity to add other boxes of directory listings if decided. It must have in another corner the opportunity of a description about the Medical and dental Equipment Companies and Distributors directory , and a button leading to a directory of companies categorized by medical - laboratory - hospital equipment and medical office usables they distribute – sell or import and city of Greece they have their offices. It must have in another corner the opportunity of a description about the Medical jobs directory , and a button leading to a directory of jobs categorized by specialization and city of Greece. It must have in another corner the opportunity of a description about the Medical Associations Directory , and a button leading to a directory of associations. It must have in another spot the opportunity of a description about the service-for medical workers- providers directory , and a button leading to a directory of service providers categorized by service. Again I mention that you must do something like phpcow com script that will give me the opportunity to add other boxes of directory listings if I decide to do so. Now there should be a page where anyone can register in the directory (a doctor, a medical company, an employer, a pharma company etc.) and through registration to be listed in the directory and specialization or product distribution in which he registered. The registrations must be addressed to the administrator for review and if accepted then published online on the site. It should have 2 RSS readers included in the front page, one of which should already listing RSS feed from a famous medical website (like medicalnews, webmd or so) for medical news showing in the front page. The second one I will point it to a RSS feed I will decide later. It must have diggit or [login to view URL] like opportunities. It must have a members registration – login through which , the member or user will be redirected to the members area in which can alter his details, and can chat online with other users. It should have a online shop where companies-member-users can list their products for sale but member-user per member user like an auction site (something like ebay shops – I repeat like this – a cheap solution).
