automated sports arbitrage software

First off, this project is for experienced software developers who are able to deliver the required expertise ONLY. We want to have an arbitrage betting system developed. Some short points are: Software must have LOGIN including password and central console which will display all relevant information Software will gather live odds data automaticaly by searching 2 bookmakers (bookmaker1 and bookmaker2 I can provide XML with their odds or can be scaned from their websites). These 2 are basic bookmakers later can be more bookmakers added. The central console will show any arbitrage bets found between bookmakers above (i will provide what data to compare), showing from which bookmaker odds are taken and what profit margin will be delivered. This central console must reflesh every second. It will looks like this (see attached file) Once software find match with arbitarge opportunity between bookmaker1 and bookmaker2 will show it in central console with following options: BET, DECLINE or Filter If i select FILTER match will not show anymore). IF i select decline software will hide that match for X minutes (x can be changed in settings) Before i press [BET] I will input only one stake (for example 100 eur on event manchester united+0.75) and software will automaticky count ow much i have to bet in bookmaker2 on opopsite outcome Chelsea-0.75 ( i will provide you all formulas how to count it). After calculation is made, software must verify odds if they are still same like before calculation. If YES bets will be placed. This proces MUST by done in miliseconds. There is always possibility that odds will change anytime so if they change whole process will start again. IF everything is OK (bets placed is successfully) notification must be shown. What can happen? - Odd in bookmaker1 will be placed but odd in bookmaker2 has been changed so- software MUST BET the second odd but with new stake (will be recalculated based on how much was placed on odd in bookmaker 1 and what is actual odd in bookmaker2). IF everything is OK( 2nd bet placed successfully) notification must be shown. The software should automatically place bets without me requiring to log in into bookmakers. So i will input my login details into software or i can be logged in via browser. Recapitulation - the procces work like this: compare date -> find possitive arbitrage -> do maths -> verify odds again -> place bet -> notification about the results of process -> if is something wrong fix it - software MUST be fast, no delays allowed - bets must be placed automaticly in both bookies with single click in central console - i will provide accounts for testing - i will prefer freelancer who allready did something like this (web automation) - this is basic software, more features will be added when it will work.
